To view caller-id logs:

  1. From the Application Node Bar, click the Callers icon :

  1. The following window will be displayed:

Last Call

The Date,Time the last call was received from this caller.

CallerID Name

The Caller ID Name of this caller.  This field cannot be modified.

Phone Number

The Caller ID Phone Number of this caller.  This field cannot be modified.

Alt Name

An alternate name for this caller.  This field can be modified.

Messages

The list of voice messages for this caller.

Add Caller

To manually add a caller to the caller log, select Add Caller and enter caller name and number.  Number must be in the following format: xxx-xxx-xxxx:

Remove Caller

Use this button to remove a caller from the caller log.

Clear Messages

Use this button to clear messages for a particular caller.

Clear Caller Log

Use this button to clear the caller logs for a particular caller.

Clear All Logs

Use this button to clear the caller logs for ALL callers.

Speak Name

Use this button to listen to a verbal representation of a particular caller.
