Speech Recognition

A 30 day time-limited evaluation runtime license from Cloudgarden.com is included with TreeHouse Automation Console.

Without user programming intervention, the application will recognize any command related to any node in your tree.    For example, a device named Camera, located at the Front Porch - will have the following recognition possibilities:

Turn on the Front Porch Camera. 

Is the Front Porch Camera on?

What is the status of the front porch camera?

Groups of nodes, by type - may be referenced by spoken command:

Are any Outside cameras on?

Are any Inside motion detectors on?

Turn off all inside light switches.

and with the Telephony Add-On:

Who called today?

What is Mikes' number?

Give me the number to the library.

Text to Speech

Each node in the tree is assigned its own text-to-speech rules - allowing for real-time spoken events.  This feature may be activated for both Phones (Talking Phones) and/or Devices (Talking Devices) via the user interface or by user-defined Events (using the Event Editor).
